Pure Rainforest Chocolate by Koefoed
Come and experience real chocolate from Fiji’s rainforest. This chocolate contains only two ingredients: Cocoa and cane sugar. Ecological produced. Three adult Fijians work at the farm in Namau, no child slavery.
The chocolate is without soy lecithin, vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free.
The vanilla is harvest by women from the villages of Naitutu and Namau. They learned how to harvest from their grandmothers. Therefore, the vanilla bars are of high quality. They are up to 24 cm long and weigh between 3-10 grams.
Because we are now selling vanilla, more and more women in the village have started planting vanilla, which begins to produce three years after.
