Here at bolcheriet® we make candies the traditional way – by hand.

Bolcheriet Svaneke is located in an idyllic setting in the old merchant’s farm from 1740. Svaneke Bolcher is Bornholm’s first candy cookery and caters to sweet tooths of all ages.

All of our candies are cooked over an open fire and the mass of candies is “pulled on a hook”. This makes the candies more airy and porous. And then they taste much better.

We do all our work in front of an audience. Then you and other guests help to check the quality of the product, and that’s it it also much more fun for us.
