Since 1999, the family-owned company Kjærstrup has been producing handmade quality chocolate in Snogebæk. Today you can find Kjærstrup four different places on the island; Gudhjem, Rønne, Svaneke and Snogebæk. In Snogebæk and Rønne you will find the full selection of handmade chocolate and ice cream bar. In Gudhjem and Svaneke you will find a delicious ice cream bar.
Kjærstrup is among other things known for their handmade “cream puffs” which are available in various variants, including raspberry and licorice. If you visit one of Kjærstrup’s four stores, you can also try their “cream puffs with ice cream” served with your choice of topping.
