Bornholm Food Tours offers guided tours where participants explore the island’s culinary and natural highlights. The tours are a mix of taste experiences, storytelling and nature communication – with a unique angle on Bornholm’s local food culture.
Bornholm Food Tours has been developed in collaboration between the renowned gastronome Mads Marschall (known from the Bocuse D’Or) and the experienced nature guide Thomas Guldbæk, who will also act as a guide on the tours. With a focus on local ingredients, sustainability and Bornholm’s unique food scene, Bornholm Food Tours offers authentic dining experiences that stand out from traditional tourist offerings.
