Bornholm Food Tours has been developed in collaboration between the renowned gastronome Mads Marschall (known from the Bocuse D’Or) and the experienced nature guide Thomas Guldbæk, who will also act as a guide on the tours. With a focus on local ingredients, sustainability and Bornholm’s unique food scene, Bornholm Food Tours offers authentic dining experiences that stand out from traditional tourist offerings.
