Smoked Fish with the craziest view
You can smell it long before we open our smoke ovens at around 11 am: The unique smell of warm, freshly smoked herrings. Mackerels, trouts, the warm and cold smoked salmon, the eel, the warm fish cakes, the smoked prawns and the classic “Sunray over Svaneke” are offered to you. We are the fourth generation of “smokers” and the fifth generation is ready to take over.
