In 2012 my wife Signe Bay Frost opened a small coffee shop just next to the jewelry flagship store. She serves speciality coffee, delicious home-made Lobster rolls, charcuterie as well as wine and champagne. Signe’s hospitality and the location right on the quay side overlooking the Baltic Sea soon turned the coffee shop into the place to go on Eastern Bornholm. A perfect place to stop for shopping jewelry and watches and enjoying an espresso in the sun or a glass of wine, while watching the sunset.
