🍸 What can you experience?

Taste your way through our organic range of 12 gin varieties – from the award-winning ENE Original and Gin Liqueur to the exclusive WILD Botanicals distilled from wild juniper berries from Ravnedalen, as well as REN Vodka and AAK Aquavit. As you taste, we’ll tell you about the ingredients, the nature, and the craftsmanship behind each bottle.

Take a peek at our impressive 2,000-litre hand-hammered copper still, or book a free guided tour at wilddistillery.dk. The distillery is built on a former market garden of 4,500 m², where 800 juniper bushes, apple trees, redcurrants and blackberries form the foundation of our dream of self-sufficiency.

Slow down, take a seat inside or out, and enjoy a Wild G&T with a view of the juniper bushes. We also serve ice-cold apple juice from Bornholms Mosteri, beer from Svaneke Bryghus and freshly brewed coffee. (No food served)
