GUIDED APPLE JUICE TASTINGS

Every Wednesday to Friday (01.07–09.08), Mostballaden hosts guided apple juice tastings at 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM in Soldalen’s Farm Shop.

Come and hear stories about Bornholm’s apple-growing traditions and discover the differences between our 10 unique apple juices.

Depending on the weather, the tasting takes place either inside the farm shop or on the terrace in front of the shop.

SOLDALEN

Soldalen is home to 15 small village-style wooden buildings containing holiday apartments, a juice press, a cap workshop, a production kitchen, a nature kindergarten, and much more.

By prior arrangement, visitors can enjoy guided tours of Wilgart’s cap workshop and the apple juice production facilities.

SOLDALEN’S FARM SHOP

In addition to our delicious juices, made exclusively from fresh, sun-ripened Bornholm apples and berries, we offer apple schnapps and a variety of locally handcrafted products, including Wilgart’s unique caps, Bornholmer shirts, and Mold’s culinary delicacies in jars.

CIRCUS THEATRE IN SOLDALEN’S GARDEN

Every Wednesday to Friday (01.07–07.08), Soldalen opens its beautiful garden and welcomes families who love theatre and circus to a cosy afternoon celebrating the performing arts.

At 3:00 PM, Melanie Hagedorn presents her solo performance:

Hang Loose – A Day on the Slackrope
