Sjælegård Countryside Lodge offers 26 hectares of nature surrounding our lovely holiday retreat. It is also conveniently close to the Højlyngsstien hiking trail and cycle route no. 10. Hammershus is approximately 4.5 km from Sjælegård.
Allinge-Sandvig is just 2 km from Sjælegård. Here, you can indulge in excellent restaurants and bars or enjoy an unforgettable music experience at the Gæsten venue. When you’re ready to relax, return to the tranquility of Sjælegård with its views of the forest and rolling meadows.

3 Beautiful Holiday Homes – Up to 5 Guests
We offer two brand-new holiday homes (established in spring 2023) and a renovated holiday apartment, measuring 74, 83, and 90 m² respectively.
Each apartment accommodates up to 5 guests, with 3 bedrooms located on the first floor. On the ground floor, you’ll find a lovely bathroom with a shower, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and oven, as well as a cozy living area and dining space. Each unit also features a private terrace with outdoor furniture and access to large natural areas and a garden, which includes a wilderness hot tub.
In an adjacent building, there is a washing machine and dryer available.
Experiences for the Little Ones
We love welcoming children to Sjælegård. The youngest guests particularly enjoy exploring nature, visiting our cows and horses, and perhaps even petting the Princess. You can also go on a bug-hunting adventure or birdwatching. We provide nature exploration kits as well as LEGO, games, and coloring books.
