I am fascinated by the paper-thin porcelain, the plate technique and its possibilities and limitations.
With inspiration in architecture and kirigami, I build geometric constructions in porcelain.
I constantly try to challenge the limits of what is physically possible and search for new expressions. In doing so, I hope that I can push the common perception of what ceramics is and can be.
