If you think the Italians are the only ones who make real pasta, then you have to taste the pasta from Pastariget.

Just outside Svaneke, at Frennegaard, Susanne Bloch and Finn Harild produce gourmet pasta from their own Bornholm-grown durum wheat, with plenty of fresh, Danish eggs – and nature’s spice shelf. A pasta that has won several awards and recognitions for best taste and good quality.

Local ingredients

“It is important to us that the production and raw materials are as local as possible,” says Susanne Bloch. The love for the good life, the good taste and not least for good quality, is the driving force behind Pastariget and the key to the success of the Bornholm pasta.

Pastariget’s products are sold primarily on Bornholm and in selected specialist shops across the country, but also in Pastariget’s own farm shop at Frennegaard, just outside Svaneke, where visitors can come and shop. Online sales are also offered in Pastariget’s webshop www.pastariget.dk
