Storytelling meets the thrill of travel with pop up readings, conversations, and performances at unexpected partner venues around Denmark’s sunniest island.
No Place is an Island is a new literary festival celebrating the joy of storytelling and the thrill of travel. We give up-and-coming literary voices from around the world a platform to shine while bringing new talent into playful dialogue with more established authors.
Our festival also highlights Bornholm, an island of history, natural beauty, and vibrant entrepreneurship. We partner with local founders and businesses, to create an experience that combines travel and literary (ad)venture.
