Weeks 27 – 33
We use the sand and tool in Beach workout. Dueodde beach is the perfect place for that. The workout is simply about doing exercises in the sand that challenges balance, mobility and strength of the body – using only sand a resistance. It is the coolest way to work out and best of all – so much FUN.
Beach workout is for everyone, big, small, young and old. No matter if you are used to work out or a beginner, the work out will fit your level exactly. Children of all ages are very welcome. Work out in nature sharpens the senses and you will have a feeling of being totally focused, strong and relaxed.
The work out is based on the beach next to Dueodde Familie camping og Hostel. Bring water and a towel. No shoes needed.
No matter the weather the class is full on. It’s a part of the experience, to be in nature with all that brings. So, on cold days, wear warm clothes.
