Svanekegaarden
Visit the cultural center Svanekegaarden on the eastern part of Bornholm.
Svanekegaarden as an Arts Center has been around for almost 30 years and is located in one of Svanekes old merchant farms. At Svanekegaarden you can experience a wide range of cultural offers throughout the year.
Throughout the year we present lots of theatre, concerts (classical, jazz and rhythmic), lectures and café events, Writer’s afternoons and exhibitions with a large selection of artists. For children we have theatre and concerts
Our annual Masterclasses in opera and musical have become very popular, especially the open rehearsals.
There is also the possibility of shopping in our mini bookshop, where our own Bornholm postcard series is sold.
Finally, we can recommend a trip through the sculpture garden, where there are sculptures by Ole Christensen and a single Arne Ranslet.
