We offer freshly smoked herring daily through the season. The Smokehouse is situated at the main street in Snogebæk with a beautiful view to the sea.
Fresh Fish during the season
You can order fresh fish from start May to end September. Therefore our selection is extra large: We offer both well-known Danish fish and som more exotic, like tuna or swordfish – that taste really delicious, when grilled. And we always have fresh lobster. If you need something really special, we can order it for you.
Also grill food from the Smokehouse
From the beginning of July to the middle of August, we extend our popular fish buffet with an outside grill buffet and a salad bar. Today’s fish is on the grill, i.e. tuna or shark, as well as home made in white wine steamed packs of codfish. Combined with that, we offer delicious BBQ spare ribs, Beef Steaks, sausages, baked potatoes with herbs and french fries. You can have lemonsauce or Sauce Bearnaise with that. All buffets together only cost DKK 180 per person, children under 12 years only pay half price – and you can eat as much as you want.
